Marciane Magnani is an Associate Professor at the Federal University of Paraíba, linked to the Food Engineering Department of the Technology Center, Campus I, João Pessoa, Paraíba. Graduated in Biological Sciences at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos, Master’s in Biotechnology, and PhD in Food Science at the State University of Londrina. Performed Postdoctoral Internship at the Catholic University of Brasília in the area of Biotechnology.
