Magdalena M. Martin is Doctor of Law from the European University Institute and author of nine monographs, published in Spanish and English. She has carried out research in Peru, Argentina, Paraguay and Costa Rica. Her main research areas are International Criminal Law and Human Rights, European Union and Gender Law.
