She is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Management of the University of Prešov in Prešov, Slovakia where, as a member of the Department of Intercultural Communication, she devotes herself to the studies and research on managerial skills and competences in connection with the linguistic and cultural aspects of managerial work. As a British and American Studies graduate, she also teaches English for Tourism and Business English. Her science and research activities and publication outputs are focused primarily on the stress coping strategies and leadership styles. Her research is published in scientific monographs, scientific journals and other publications listed and indexed in Web of Science and Scopus.
