Ling Dai earned his master’s degree in education from the Education University of Hong Kong in 2019 and subsequently served as a lecturer at the College of Educational Science at Taizhou University. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at East China Normal University. His research primarily focuses on the design of digital transformation in education, the impact of artificial intelligence on educational reform, digital education policy governance, and the ethical implications of AI in education.
