Krishna Nath Pandey is Dean at School of Management Sciences and Commerce at Lingaya’s University. He has catered to the developmental needs of the work force for POWERGRID from the perspective of Knowledge Management. He holds three post-graduate degrees in the fields of Management, English Literature and Linguistics. He graduated with a M.A. in English Literature, and a M.A. in Linguistics. He also has a Diploma in Translation as topper of the batch (thus making the hat-trick). He received his Ph.D in Knowledge Management from knowledge Management from IGNOU Delhi.

Dr. Pandey is a life member of National Institute of Personnel Management. Besides starting his career as a Lecturer in English at Tribhuvan University, Nepal, he also served as an officer in Ministry of HRD, Government of India. Afterwards he joined NTPC as an executive in Personnel & Administration. Dr. Pandey has been publishing research papers in national and international journals, in the areas of Knowledge Management, cloud computing and HR. He contributed a chapter on HRM Practices for Increase of Productivity in a book on HR practices. He serves as a visiting faculty member in the areas of Knowledge Management at IIM Lucknow, Amity University, MDI, NPTI and other reputed institutions.

His areas of interest are HR Analytics, Human Capital Enhancement, management control systems web economy and HR interventions in upcoming companies. His book on “Paradigms of Knowledge Management”-With Systems Modelling Case Studies has been appreciated across the globe. He has been appointed as a member of Wage Revision Committee of Government of Delhi. Currently, he is authoring another book on Green Energy.
