Dr. Kong Fah Tee is an Associate Professor at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He was previously a Professor at INTI International University and a Reader at the University of Greenwich. His research effort has been focused on structural reliability and health monitoring. He has published 3 books and more than 220 papers, of which 150 are in refereed international journals. He has been awarded research grants with a total amount of over £1 million. He has supervised 12 PhD students to successful completion. He was awarded an International Research Collaboration Award from Sydney University and invited as a foreign expert to the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He has been invited as an expert witness and a forensic engineering consultant to the industry. He is a regular reviewer of research proposals as well as an external examiner of research degrees and university undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
