Dr. Kiran G. R. is a seasoned academician with 27 years of experience, who currently serves as the Dean of Middle East College in Oman. An alumnus of the London School of Economics. Dr. Kiran has contributed to quality assurance panels in Oman and Bahrain. His research projects, funded by the European Union, have led to global impacts. Dr. Kiran has also led transformative e-governance projects in Kerala, India.
