Dr. Ka Yin CHAU is currently the Executive Associate Dean in Faculty of International Tourism and Management, City University of Macau. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) together with his Bachelor, Master and Doctoral degrees awarded from UK and Australia respectively. Dr. CHAU has more than 15 years of industry experiences in Mainland China, Hong Kong and USA. His research interests are services quality management, consumer behaviour and operations management. He has published a few articles in major international academic journals.
