Dr. Saji obtained his masters and Ph.D. degree in Physics from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), India. He has been a post-doctoral fellow at New University of Lisbon, Portugal, Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science (EMPA), Switzerland and University of Utah, USA. He is a recipient of Indo-US Raman Post-doctoral Fellowship from University Grants Commission, Government of India. Presently he is an assistant professor at Cochin University of Science and Technology. His research area includes two dimensional materials for photonic and nano-electronic applications, thin film solar cells, thin film transistors, electrical conduction mechanism in nano structures etc.
