Jun-Hyub Park is a Professor in School of Mechatronics Engineering at Tongmyong University, South Korea. He received the Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering at KAIST in 1995. He had worked for SAIT of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. for 5 years. His primary research interest is in reliability and fatigue life prediction of MEMS devices and mechanical structures.
