Dr. José Ramón Ayala Bautista has a doctorate in engineering. He has specialized in the exploitation, valorization, and uses of biomass through research projects in liquid biofuels, essential oils extraction processes and the products derived from them. He is currently a full-time researcher at the Autonomous University of Baja, California, in North-Western Mexico.
