Graduated in medicine from the Bahiana School of Medicine - EBMSP, Brazil, in 2010. Completed his Internal Medicine Residency (2011-2013) at Federal Hospital of Andaraí - RJ; Nephrology Residency (2014-2016) and Renal Transplantation Residency (2016-2017) at the University Hospital Pedro Ernesto of the State University of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ. Specialized in Nephrology, certified by the Brazilian Society of Nephrology – SBN and the Brazilian Medical Association - AMB. Additionally, holds an MBA degree in Health Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas – FGV (awarded the best performance) and a master’s degree in Management from EBAPE-FGV.

He participates on the board of directors at CSB Group of Nephrology, in Bahia, and was selected as a member of the National Academy of Medicine of Brazil - ANM, in the Young Medical Leadership Program (2018-2023).
