Jimmy is a senior occupational and analytical chemist with over 20 years of experience in workplace air monitoring and analyzing biological samples for toxic substances. He has a PhD from the University of Newcastle and has worked at Lehigh University and Monash University. Since 2004, he has worked at SafeWork NSW on various projects related to work exposure and health. Jimmy is recognized internationally for his work on isocyanate exposure in motor vehicle repair and has published over 50 scientific papers and technical reports.
