Jianguo Chen received his PhD degree of Public Administration from Remin University of China in 2009 and now teaches in School of Humanities and Social Science, North China Electric Power University. He was a visiting student at the Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis, Indiana University from 2007 to 2008. Jianguo’s research focuses on institution analysis and energy policy.
