Jelena Radosavljević, Assistant Professor, PhD in Biochemistry has finished her PhD studies at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Chemistry in 2013, with her doctoral dissertation “Allergenicity of enzymatically processed nutritive allergens”. Since 2010 she is a participant in projects financed by the Serbian Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, and since 2008 she was involved in several COST Actions and two EU-funded projects. Research area: allergenicity and gastro-intestinal stability of food proteins, modifications of food proteins, production of recombinant allergens, structure-function relationship in proteins. She is co-author of 17 scientific papers in highly ranking journals, 2 book chapters, more than 20 conference presentations and she has deposited 2 gene sequences to GenBank.
