Professor Itzhak Gilat is a psychologist who established the online service of emotional first aid in Israel. He is also a senior lecturer of Psychology and Methodology in Levinsky College of Education. His studies are focused on help-seeking behavior, crisis intervention, trained volunteers and online counseling.
