Dr. Ismail Mohamed Al Bulushi received Ph.D. in Food Microbiology from the University of Queensland (Australia) in 2009. Dr. Al Bulushi is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. He is teaching many undergraduate and graduate courses in several areas of Food Sciences. He organized several conferences, symposia, workshops, lectures and extension activities.
