Ioannis Zabetakis has studied for his BSc in Chemistry in the Univ. of Athens, a PhD in Food Science in the Univ. of Leeds where he also worked as a Lecturer. Since 2003, he is working in the laboratory of Food Chemistry in the Univ. of Athens (since 2012 as a Tenured Assistant Professor of Food Chemistry).
