Dr. Iñaki Aliende is an economist, consultant, and academic specialising in applied economics, behavioural economics, and data science. He holds a PhD in Data Science with International Mention cum laude and a degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), where he is a professor in the Department of Applied Economics. He has also been a visiting lecturer at the University of Portsmouth (UK), University of Barcelona, and Mondragon University.

His professional and research career combines rigorous academic work with extensive consulting experience in Europe, the United States, and Latin America. He has collaborated with major organisations, including the World Bank, and currently directs projects for private firms and institutions.
