Dr. Hua Wen Shen is currently a full time Assistant Professor in Faculty of International Tourism and Management, City University of Macau. He is a Certified Hospitality Educator and has received his BA from China University of Geosciences in Mainland China, his MA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, his MSc and his D.htm from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has been teaching hospitality, tourism, event and ESP related subjects. And his research interests are tourism studies, consumer behavior and China hotel and tourism development. Dr. Hua Wen Shen has more than 13 years of both industry and teaching experiences in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. He has published a few journal articles in major international journals (International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research, Journal of China Tourism Research, and International Journal of Marketing Studies) and presented a lot of research papers at International Conferences.
