Hope Pius Nudzor is a Critical Education Policy Analyst and a Senior Research Fellow with the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration (IEPA) of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), Ghana. He holds a B.A. degree (with First Class Honours in Linguistics and Swahili from the University of Ghana), graduate degrees in MSc. in Management and Leadership in Education, and a PhD in Educational and Professional Studies (both from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland). Before becoming a Senior Research Fellow, Hope Nudzor had worked respectively as Research Fellow (with IEPA and the University of Strathclyde); UK’s Economic and Social Research Council’s (ESRC) Post-Doctoral Research Fellow (with the University of Strathclyde); Post-Doctoral Teaching Fellow (with Liverpool Hope University); and Teaching/Research Associate with the University of Strathclyde and a Primary School Teacher in Ghana. He is currently Head of IEPA’s Research Unit and Coordinator of IEPA’s Research Seminar Series.
