Dr. Dutta started his career as Assistant Professor in 2014 at Pub Kamrup College, Assam. In 2015, he joined Amity University Uttar Pradesh and continued his service till 2019, when he joined Mizoram University. Currently, he is serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food Technology, Mizoram University, India.
