Dr. Gayani Samarakoon is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. She obtained her PhD from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia. She holds an M.Sc. in Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a BSc in Business Administration (Special) from the same university. Her research interests lie primarily in organisation studies, with a particular focus on political corporate social responsibility, employee voice, and management education.
