Francesco GAI, Master of Science degree in Biological Sciences and PhD degree in Animal Productions. He has 17 years of experience in Animal Science and Food Science sectors and his major research interests are the animal nutrition of monogastric species with a special focus on aquaculture. He’s co-author of 75 scientific papers related to the Agricultural and Biological Sciences area.
