Flávia de Lima Osório graduated in psychology from the Faculty of Sciences of Philosophy and Letters of Ribeirão Preto – University of São Paulo (USP- Brazil) in 1997. She did her PhD in mental health from the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto-USP in 2008. She completed her post-doctorate in 2010 (National Institute of Science and Technology – Translational Medicine and Department of Neuroscience and Behavioral Sciences at Ribeirão Preto Medical School -USP). Currently, she is a professor in the Department of Neuroscience and Behavioral Sciences at the Ribeirão Preto Medical School – USP and Researcher at CNQq-Brasil (productivity fellow). She conducts research in clinical psychology and mental health, with the following topics: psychometric studies of instruments, social cognition, facial emotion, oxytocin, anxiety and mood disorders.
