Ferry Efendi is a lecturer of nursing in the Department of Advanced Nursing, Faculty of Nursing at Airlangga University in Surabaya, Indonesia. He holds a Doctorate in Nursing with a focus on Indonesian nurses’ migration. In addition, he has been involved in various projects within the area of Human Resources for Health at the Ministry of Health of Indonesia.
