Dr. Eva P. Pérez-Álvarez, Agronomist Engineer by the Universitat de Lleida and Oenologist by the Universidad de La Rioja. She has received her Ph.D. in Sustainable Agricultural Ecosystems by the University of La Rioja. Currently, she is working as a viticultural researcher in the Instituto de Ciencias de la Vid y del Vino (ICVV), focused on the study of vineyard greenhouse gas emissions and nitrogen dynamics for soil management and grapevine development and its impact on grape and wine composition.
