Dr. Eugene Oks ia a professor who has conducted research in atomic/molecular physics, astrophysics, plasma physics, laser physics, nonlinear dynamics. He has founded/co-founded and developed new research fields: intra-Stark spectroscopy, lasing without inversion in the microwave range, quantum chaos. Dr. Oks published over 550 papers and 11 books. He is also the Chief Editor of the Physical Sciences section of the Swiss journal “Foundations” and the Chief Editor and/or Editorial Board member of 8 other physics journals.
