Dr. Erick Paul Gutiérrez-Grijalva is a CONACYT Research Fellow at the Centro de Investigación en Alimentación y Desarrollo, A. C. Dr. Gutiérrez-Grijalva has a degree in Biochemical Engineering and a Doctorate in Sciences, with specialization in the study of metabolomics, bioavailability and bioactivity of phytochemicals from medicinal plants from CIAD. He is currently studying the metabolomics, bioactivity and bioavailability of phytochemicals from plants of the Northwestern region of Mexico.
