Eleni P. Andreou, RDN, LD, DProf., FHEA, is a Professor of Clinical Dietetics at the Department of Life Sciences, University of Nicosia, Cyprus. She serves as Head of the Department and coordinates the Nutrition/Dietetics program. Her research focuses on gut microbiomes, body composition, and the Mediterranean diet, with numerous publications and a locally authored academic book on nutrition science.
