Dorota Bartusik-Aebisher, PhD, DSc
Dr. Dorota Bartusik-Aebisher works at The University of Rzeszow in Poland and obtained a doctorate in organic chemistry at the Warsaw University of Technology. Her research is focused on applications of MRI to cancer treatments. Her research interests are the applications of 19F MR to drug tracking and visualization of cancer tissue. She worked intensively on new drug delivery systems for ovarian cancer cells OVCAR-5 during cooperation with Harvard Medical School in Boston and The City University of New York (CUNY, NY, USA).
Dr. Bartusik-Aebisher has received numerous grants and scholarships allowing her to achieve many research successes. She has published more than 400 scientific papers and book chapters in the MRI field.
