Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, NY, USA.

DMITRI DENISOV is Deputy Associate Director for high energy physics at Brookhaven National Laboratory and the spokesperson of the DZero experiment, which is performing studies of subnuclear particles using data collected at the proton-antiproton collider Tevatron at Fermilab. In 1995 Denisov played a major role in Tevatron’s discovery of the top quark. Denisov is a world leading expert in development, construction, and operations of particle physics detectors, measurement of elementary particle properties, and searches for new particles and interactions. Denisov is involved in developing physics programs, accelerators, and detectors for future high energy colliders and serves on various advisory boards in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
