Diya Dou, PhD, is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Social Sciences, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hung Hom, Hong Kong, PRC. She received her PhD degree in Educational Sciences from Ghent University, Belgium. Her research interests include school improvement, teacher development, educational leadership, adolescent well-being, and positive youth development. Her work has been published in Educational Management Administration and Leadership, Asia Pacific Education Review, Frontiers in Psychology, Frontiers in Psychiatry, Applied Research in Quality of Life, Journal of Adolescent Health, and International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.
