Diego Tresinari dos Santos holds a PhD in Food Engineering from University of Campinas (2011), Brazil. Between 5/2013 – 4/2014 and 1/2016 – 12/2016 he did postdoctoral internships in Economical Evaluation of Natural Product Production in Switzerland and Spain. Currently, he is Director of the Center for Ayurvedic Studies, Brazil.
