Dr Marquez-Medina obtained his M.D. and Ph.D. Degrees and was trained as translational investigator in the Spanish University of Cordoba. He was trained as medical oncologist at the Integral Oncology Department of the San Cecilio U. H. of Granada (Spain). Since 2007, he is in charge of patients with thoracic malignancies in the Medical Oncology Department of the Arnau de Vilanova U. H. of Lleida (Spain) and has focused on medical practice and research in this area.
