Born 10/24/1931 in Moscow. Finished school with a golden medal, graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in 1953. Then he worked all his life in this Institute (further – University) as a professor in Physical Chemistry. Main objects – electric transport in metal solutions, computer simulation of metals, semiconductors, salts, thermodynamics of metals in extreme states. Published 5 monographs and more than 450 articles. Married, has two sons.
