Daniel Pouliquen developed the applications of new contrast agents for Magnetic Resonance Imaging and contributed to the study of the state and dynamic water phases by NMR in various biological systems, leading to the demonstration of some implications of the diet during carcinogenesis. With this background, he explored the beneficial aspects of combinations of phytochemicals in cancerology.
