Claudia Barile obtained her Ph.D. in Mechanical Design in 2012 at Politecnico di Bari. She received a master degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Bari (Italy) in 2008 with
maximum marks cum laude. Currently she is a researcher at the Experimental Mechanics Integrated Laboratory in Aerosapace at Politecnico di Bari. Her research topic concerns with the study of mechanical behavior of metals and composite materials, both with finite element methods and experimental techniques.
