Chee Fah Wong is an Assistant Professor in Protein Chemistry, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Malaysia. He graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia in Microbial Biotechnology and completed his post-doctoral studies in Kyoto University, Japan, in the field of Structural Biology. His efforts have been targeted on the search of extremophilic enzymes, which are superior to the traditional catalysts because they can perform industrial processes even under harsh conditions, under which conventional proteins are completely denatured.
