Cem Ufuk BAYTAR is a researcher, an educator, and a consultant who specializes in the following fields: Management Information Systems, System Analysis and Design, E-business, E-Commerce, and Data Analytics. He obtained his PhD in Business Administration from the University of Beykent, Istanbul. He has been involved in a variety of information technology projects that relate to e-commerce, ERP, digital archiving, and document management systems, both at the international and national level. Currently, Cem Ufuk is the head of the Management Information Systems Department at Istanbul Topkapı University in Istanbul, Turkey.
