Boriana Golgota Vrusho is an architect and urban planner, holding a PhD in Architecture from Epoka University Tirana, an MSc in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, and an MP in “Spatial Planning and GIS Applications” from POLIS University Tirana and IHS ERASMUS Rotterdam. For more than five years she has also worked in the academic field as full-time lecturer at “Aleksander Moisiu” University Durres and part-time lecturer at “Metropolitan University Tirana,” “Albanian University” and “Marin Barleti” University in Tirana. She holds the position of the Head of Department of Applications Review, General Directorate of Territorial Planning and Development, Municipality of Tirana.
