Bill Rowson is Research Lecturer at NHL-Stenden University, He has authored or co-authored over 50 academic papers for academic journals and international conferences, he has authored or co-authored several book chapters. The principal philosophy underpinning most of this research is focused on understanding employee relations in the hospitality industry, a dynamic and contemporary research area.
