Prof. Bhagwati Prasad Chamola is currently a Professor of Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, India. He did his Master’s from HNB Central University, Srinagar, India, and M. Phil. from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India. He did his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Gurukul Kangari University Haridwar, India. He has 28 years of teaching and 20 years of research experience. His areas of interest include fixed point theory, fractals, dynamical systems, fuzzy set theory, etc. He has published over 75 research papers in various journals and conference proceedings. He has organized 4 International Conferences and authored/edited 5 Books/Monographs. Over 20 radio programs of him have been broadcasted from various stations of All India Radio. He has participated in over 60 International/National Conferences and delivered over 20 invited/keynote talks. He has supervised four Ph.D theses in the area of Mathematics. He is a member of the National Academy of Sciences (NASI) INDIA, Indian Mathematical Society; Indian Science Congress Association; and Indian Society for History of Mathematics. He is also a reviewer of various International Journals published by Elsevier, Springer, Taylor and Francis, IEEE, Hindawi, WSEAS, etc., and is involved as member of the editorial boards of many International Journals.
