Dr. Arzu İmece is an assistant professor in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Iğdır University. She earned her Ph.D. (2022) and M.S. (2016) in food engineering from Atatürk University, focusing on bioactive compounds affecting food quality and health. Her research includes food chemistry, processing technologies, bioactives, and public health, with publications on bee products, hydrogen-rich water, and functional foods such as black garlic and cherry. Dr. İmece teaches courses like menu planning and food processing, mentors students, and contributes to TÜBİTAK-funded multidisciplinary projects.
