Antonio Simone Laganà was born in Reggio Calabria (Italy) on May 8th, 1986. He is Deputy of the Special Interest Group for Endometriosis & Endometrial Disorders (SIGEED) of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), Ambassador of the World Endometriosis Society (WES), and Member of the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology (ISGE). Antonio Simone Laganà holds a master's degree in “Gynecological Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery” from the University of Pisa, developed an intensive surgical training programme at the Univerzitetni Klinični Center, Ljubljana, Slovenia, and obstetric/gynaecological ultrasound training at the Altamedica Main Centre in Rome, Italy.
