André Inácio

André Inácio is acting as legal technical advisor and Security auditor in the National Authority of Civil Aviation. He is Doctor of Public Law, Universidad San Pablo CEU, Madrid, with the theme “Treatment of Information by the Security Forces”; Graduate in Criminology (ULHT) and in “European Economic Criminal Law” (FDUC), Advanced Studies in Criminal Law (CEU, Madrid) and National Defense Auditor (IDN). Additionally, he is Founding Member of OSCOT. Researcher at IPRI-NOVA (currently in the FCT SIM4Security project) and CEDIS / UN, he is a guest lecturer in the areas of Security, Criminology and Criminal Law. Criminal Investigator at Criminal police (PJ) (1988-2009) and lecturer at PJ School, 2005-2009), currently Civil Aviation Inspector, since 2009, at National Civil Aviation Authority. He is also an external trainer of the National Civil Aviation Agency (Brazil). He is Researcher at IPRI – Instituto Portugues de Relações internacionais, has several articles and interviews published on issues of security and crime.
