Dr. Adam Abdul Malik received his Bachelor's degree from the Exercise and Sport Science Programme at the Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia, his Master's degree in Sport Science from a similar University, and his Ph.D. in Sport and Health Sciences from the Univeristy of Exeter, United Kingdom. In 2019, he started his academic career as a Junior Lecturer at the Exercise and Sport Science Programme at the Universiti Sains Malaysia. His research project focuses upon the role of psychophysiology response to exercise training particularly in high-intensity interval exercise among children and adults with various background, by investigating enjoyment and affect responses to exercise, characterizing cardiorespiratory changes in exercise training, and utilizing internal load factors to prescribed exercise intensity.
