I obtained my BS, MS, and Ph.D. from the University of Florida, George Washington University, and Virginia Tech and State University, respectively. I worked as technical director and project manager in the wireless industry from 1995 to 2003. Currently, I am a professor at Murray State University teaching Telecommunications Systems Management. In the past several years, I have conducted important research that has resulted in original contributions across a variety of areas in the wireless telecommunication systems field. My most prominent contributions have centered on the recent advancement of the third, fourth, fifth generation of mobile communications, namely WiMAX, LTE, Mobile IP, sensors, and IoT.
