Dr. Sarman graduated in nursing in 2009 and holds three master’s degrees, in public health, psychiatric nursing and pediatric nursing, completing his PhD in Pediatric Nursing in 2022. Since 2017 he has held academic and administrative positions at Bingöl University, with an extensive record of international publications and book editorships in child health.
