Dr. Syed Mustafa obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Satyabhama University, Chennai, India. He is currently working as a Professor and the head of the Information Science and Engineering Department of HKBK College of Engineering under the VTU University. His area of research includes web services, web mining, social media data mining and image processing.
